Using topic modeling, text analytics, and established theories like Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) and Cognitive Absorption Theory (CAT), the researchers developed and empirically validated a comprehensive framework. The goal was to understand what makes these immersive virtual environments engaging and satisfying for users.
